Welcome to BrokerCortex, a product operated by My E Coach Pty Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Platform
BrokerCortex provides CRM and deal pipeline management tools for business brokers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your usage, including any automated communications sent via our platform, complies with local laws.
2. SMS Communications
Our service enables business brokers to send transactional SMS messages to prospective buyers regarding business listings, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and account updates.
Opting In and Opting Out
By providing a mobile number to a broker using our platform, users consent to receive transactional SMS messages. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that sender. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Data Privacy and Sharing
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My E Coach Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including any interruptions to service or loss of data.
